The Opportunity Rising Foundation, an initiative of DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas, has helped scholars living in DHA-supported housing pursue their collegiate goals and attend the colleges of their choice by providing scholarships, financial assistance, mentorship and other valuable opportunities to encourage lifelong learning. The foundation strives to be the catalyst for students to overcome adversity and achieve their educational and professional goals.
Scholarship awards are available to students who reside in DHA’s Public Housing or participate in DHA’s Housing Choice Voucher Program.
The application period is from March 31, 2025 to Friday, April 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT. No applications will be accepted before or after.
