The Opportunity Rising Scholarship Awards application window will open for 2021 high school graduates on April 21, 2021. The scholarships are designed for graduating high school seniors who reside in DHA’s Public Housing or participate in DHA’s Housing Choice Voucher Program.
If you are interested and need financial assistance to attend an institution of higher learning (i.e., a four-year college or university, community college, vocational or technical school) you must register for our mandatory virtual meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 20, 2021. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and last approximately one hour.
During the meeting, we’ll share important information about financial aid and summer employment.
